How to Send Your Blades, Clippers & Equipment

IMPORTANT: A completed FranLins Service Order Form must be included inside the box with your equipment. Orders received without the form may be delayed.

What to Send

• Include all blades, clippers, scissors, or dryers you are requesting sharpening, repair, or service for.

• If you are requesting clipper or dryer repair, the actual equipment must be shipped to us along with the completed form so we can properly inspect and service it.

Packaging Instructions

• Wrap each blade, shear, or scissor individually to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend newspaper, paper towels, or bubble wrap.

• Fill any empty space in the box with packing material (paper, plastic shopping bags, etc.) to prevent items from shifting during transit.

• Do not ship blades or scissors in a standard letter envelope. Sharp items will break through envelopes and may be damaged or lost.

• Use a sturdy shipping box suitable for metal tools and equipment.
